Faceless AI Money

Privacy Policy

How Faceless AI Money (NRAH Ent.) collects, uses, shares and protects information from website visitors, members and customers.

Website operator and contact

This website (facelessaimoney.com) is operated by NRAH Ent. If you have any question about this policy or about the information we hold about you, email us at facelessaimoneysupport@gmail.com.

This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the public pages of this website, the member area, and purchases made through our checkout.

Information you voluntarily provide

When you email us for support, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the support request.

Account information for members

If you purchase a training program, we create a member account using the email address supplied at checkout. We store that email address, the password you set (only as a secure one-way hash, never in readable form), and the modules you mark as complete so your progress is available the next time you sign in.

Purchase and transaction information

For each purchase we store the product purchased, the amount, the currency, the transaction status and the identifiers returned by our payment processor. We keep this to provide access to what you bought, to handle support and refunds, and to meet accounting obligations.

Payment processing by third parties

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own secure checkout and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Stripe processes your payment information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Website analytics

We may use analytics tooling to understand aggregate website usage, such as which pages are visited, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, device type and browser. This helps us improve the site. We do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors by name.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses cookies and similar browser storage. Some are strictly necessary — for example, storing your login session so the member area works. Others may support analytics or advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but strictly necessary cookies are required for sign-in to function.

Advertising measurement

We advertise this website on third-party platforms. Where advertising measurement tools (such as Meta's pixel and conversions tooling) are configured, they may record that a page was viewed or that a purchase was completed, together with technical identifiers such as click IDs contained in the link you arrived through. This is used to measure advertising performance, not to build profiles we can inspect individually.

We also preserve campaign parameters (for example utm_source or fbclid) as you move between pages of this website so that a visit can be attributed to the correct campaign.

How we use information

We use the information described above to deliver access to purchased products, operate and secure the website, provide customer support, process refunds, keep required financial records, measure advertising and improve our educational content.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers required to operate the service: payment processing, website and application hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, email delivery, and analytics or advertising measurement. Each provider receives only what it needs for its function.

Data retention

Account and purchase records are retained while your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and dispute-resolution requirements. Support emails are retained for a reasonable period after the issue is resolved. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport, hashed passwords and access controls. No website or method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your choices and rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing facelessaimoneysupport@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law, and we will honour valid requests.

Email communications

Customers receive service emails relating to their purchase and account, such as access details and receipts. If we send optional educational or promotional emails, every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect access to anything you have purchased.

Children's privacy

This website and its products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

External links and third-party tools

Our educational material references third-party AI tools and platforms. Once you leave this website, the privacy practices of those services apply, and we are not responsible for them.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as the website, tooling or legal requirements change. The updated version is always published on this page.
